Our mission is to partner with people of faith, through education and action, in order to improve wages, benefits, and working conditions for workers of the Mid-South, especially those who earn low wages. From grassroots organizing to shaping policy, our members take action that advances the rights of all workers to earn a living wage and fair working conditions.
Memphis’s economy is primarily shaped by low-wage occupations in industries such as logistics, warehousing, and customer service and hospitality.
